Fluoro-Seal is a highly effective solvent based protectant that can be used on both upholstery and carpeting. Fluoro-Seal forms a protective barrier that literally causes water based spills to “bead up” like rain on a freshly waxed car! Fluoro-Seal is highly recommended for furniture and older carpeting that may not have any stain resistant protection built in. Fuoro-Seal is an ideal product for cleaners looking to provide a high level of protection at a reasonable rate. Costs about $.02 per square foot to apply.

Pro-Guard

This premium water based fluorochemical protectant is ideal for use on both stain resistant and non-stain resistant fibers. The unique formulation protects carpets and upholstery from staining by preventing water and oil based soils and spills from penetrating the fibers and contains Acid Dye Blockers as well. Pro-Guard will provide non-stain resistant carpets with the same level of protection that stain resistant carpets have and will help stain resistant carpets to maintain the highest level of protection possible. Concentrated formula covers 2000 sq’ per gallon!
